In this consent basics class, Sam will discuss the importance of consent and various models of consent related to touch, relationships, work, and beyond. Much of this class/workshop will draw inspiration from Betty Martin's “The Art of Giving and Receiving.” There will be time to discuss with the group and opportunities to practice using language around consent outside of a sexual context.
